I was having same issues with hijabs so avoided light colours and especially white
Then a friedn told me about spraying hairspray ont he scarf edges before wearing it, I started trying this and it’s brilliant!! No transfer at all!!!

So maybe you could spray hairspray on your collar?

I used to have same issue when I used to wear shirts but now the hijab covers the collar so it’s fine

Now this I gotta try! I always get make-up on my hijab!
I tend to use primer and this stops my make-up shifting mainly, but I think I’ll check out UD all nighter spray too!
