Even before pre-mqm era, Karachities were against the PPP, the incidents of 1972 and the so-called Tehrek-e-Nizam Mustafa are the evidence of it. Zial Ul Haq was fool enough to create this monster, he would have achieved his objectives by using JI, JUP and JUI as they were stanuch supporters of him.
