i was giving my one year similac ,now he is 13 months old so is it ok to give him regular milk like homo:hmmm:even tough on the box its mentioned that similac can be given till 24 months..
cant ask the doc on phone nd his appointment is after 2 months for vaccine.

I switched over to homo milk at 12 months. Actually I started at 11 months, a little everyday and they loved it.
The thing with regular milk is that as opposed to formula it does not have iron so you have to supplement your kid with other sources of iron such as chicken, meats, spinach, etc. At age one, your kid should be able to handle solids containing iron well.

yes by age 1 u can switch to home.docs here actually recommend it.n yes u hav to add iron in his diet as iron drops as kids this age r still trying out new foods.
