that 40K is the case load of atleast 30 years, not yesterday only. Tthats the way our courts operate. The bench are not enough to serve 160 population (provided our system).
In my view the guy had gone beyond the call of duty for the betterment of the nation. I am sure there are thousands of hands raised for prayers for him everyday, then those who will be cursing him, unlike someone other in power.
