Formal dresses for Winter parties?

Hi all…I’m so confused abt what to wear at parties in dec in pk…I believe it would be really cold so chiffon n similar stuff like this won,t b an option..m I only left wid the option of velvet..can someone plz post semi formal or formal velvet dress pics as m unable to find any..or do u think chiffon can b worn even in the cold weather of dec in pk..not sure plz help me,:frowning:

ONE THING MORE THAT IT'S NOT NECESSARY THAT U WEAR ONLY WALVET YES SOME OTHER FABRIC U CAN MIX VALVET ,AND ALSO NOW A DAYS DRESSES HAVE SO MUCH VOLUME I MEAN ONE SHIRT OR FROCK IS MADE OF 7 METER FABRIC WITH WORK,SO HOW U R GOING TO FEEL COLD,I DONN'T THIS FORUM REGULARLY IF ANY HELP I CAN DO SEND ME MAIL,[email protected]

Unless the party is outdoors I don't think you have to wear a velvet suit. You can wear anything. Personally I don't find Pakistan cold in December, I like that weather. Just bring a shawl or light jacket to cover up when you go outside.
