I think there is a huge difference here between forgiving and supporting. The glaringly public humiliation of your husband is one thing for this woman to deal with. The private humiliation - their marriage etc and how this whole affair is being dealt with is something that will remain between them behind closed doors. There is a public issue here and a private one.
I'm sure she has not fogiven him and the scars he put on their marriage may never recover. But she is quite a woman to stand up with her husband in the face of the extreme public humilation her husband is undergoing. I hope that I'd be able to be as strong publicly while actually dealing with the issue in private. He is getting enough of a public arse kicking without his wife joining in. That would just SO add to the media blitzing....and after all, she has children with him and even if the marriage crumbles, there is at least some love and/or feelings between them.
