depend on to forgive what, like in money case can forgive (10, 100 or 1000) but can't forgive (100000, 1 million or so on )

Forgetting and moving on...Is the best way to forgive.Things happen to make you more stronger and prepare you to find the right things to fulfill your life .It's about you and what makes you happy.

PCG the more you are in love with yourself the difficult it is to forgive others. To become a forgiving person one needs to keep love for self within limits.
Yes it is LP. forgiving is within your power while forgetting is not. Your brain is not a computer hard drive that you would delete any data stored with just a click. You can only forgive and if something that hurt you badly then even after forgiving you would never be able to forget about it. Thats how it works.

Thanks for clearing that up.I had started thinking maybe its a lie...hypocrisy..if one can't forget.

I guess that's why they say forgiveness is divine. Allah attaches so much value to the attributes that are hard to practice such as patience and forgiveness.
How easy/hard is to forgive can depend upon the frequency and the gravity of the offense and maybe your level of emotional investment....and whether or not you received closure from the person who has hurt you, which doesn't always happen, so you have to provide it for yourself by forcing yourself to move on. Easier said than done, I know.

One can forgive only when asked sincerely for forgiveness. Else the term forgiveness is without meaning
