Re-read my post a few pages ago. US cars are armored. They travel in convoys. They do not go single. This man was alone and he left his car. That is against SOP. There is no way a trained diplomat would do that. Because they use the same SOP in Afghanistan as they do in Pakistan. Its also the same SOP we use.
Its pretty damn clear that SOP was not followed. And more importantly 2 guys on a motorbike can not car jack an SUV. No way in hell specifically since they are armored.
