scrubing your face won't help at all in the long term, you admit it yourself, it just irritates the skin even more.
maybe REGULAR masks might help but make sure you set up a routine and do it frequently so that the effect is more effective, try besan mixed with yoghurt and haldi.
No because I forgot about it Heard about witch hazed years and years ago, and I think it works like an astringent? Which I use (when I remember ) Umm I don’t know where to find it though, but I’ll try to look for it next time.
please do not try lemons and tons of home remedies on your skin. My acne used to look exactly like that and I tried so many things including lemons cinnanom honey and what not...and it all ended up irritating my skin. so the first advice I can give you is to stop trying millions of different things on your face. I wouldn't use a harsh cleanser or skin care system either. start with a gentle cleanser like cetaphil. i also found that investing in a clarisonic brush helped SO much cause it really cleanses your skin deeply without stripping it. to treat the acne I would use a retinol products or AHA/BHA products....sunscreen is a must to use them with. but you will without a doubt see a difference. Also when you are using these try to avoid goign out in the sun during peek hours. I will happily give you the name of the products if you are interested. ps: you cant use retinol if you are pregnant/breastfeeding or trying to conceive
and the even better is if you could get yourself to the dermatologist, your skin will thank you! good luck
