But sometimes it is more difficult for dumper. Because he/she has taken decision to end the relationship.

I ***highly ***doubt it. Because at the end of the day, even if the reason to break up is the most legitimate, can’tbeworkedaround reason, it still sucks to be the one that is being dumped. If it comes at you unexpectedly, anything, be it the end of a relationship or whatever, it is still hard to manage it than knowing full well what is going to happen.
