The company that provides this meat to usa also provides it to Outback steakhouse restaurants. Therefore, teh lamb there is ALSO halal.

There are mistakes in the English of that letter. I don't believe it is genuine, if the author is supposed to be a native English speaker -- even Australian English ;).

We buy lamb from there and meet is really good . Plus its boneless , so yum yum . . . we baked it , nihari , and steak . . . all the time its delicious .

^I dont think this source is genuine. Just visited their website and it has absolutely no info regards to it being zabiha halal.
