exactly...they have to chose between been with thier kids and hopefully been taken care of later on in their lifes or been on their own and with their extended family around them and none of their kids.
PA as far as parents medical checkups, i think medicare would take care of that once the become residents.
The options of what to do become lesser as they grow older, especially if they are someowhere like KSA where they have to move from, do they go to Pakistan, a familiar place or do they come to US/canada where their children are.
the situation is similar for ppl whose parents are in pakistan, but not quite as complex.
