We KNOW the stereotypes and we know that most men go for regular women. Men also, more than women, prefer physical attractiveness - and regular men do not go for physical attractiveness, exclusively.

Because it is an unrealistic situation, but if there was only that choice it would be B because looks fade over time and it's the substance in a person that ultimately adds to the foundation of a long lasting relationship.
