Re: For Sheyn
wow that looks amazing, what did you season the chicken with? So you steam then fry in a pan with a little bit of oil?
Re: For Sheyn
Shan Lahori Charga masala, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice. Marinate with a mixture of that for 3-4 hrs. Then stem over a pot of water with a few pieces of lemon. When cooked though, shallow fry.

I use Shaan Masala Recipe ,but I use whole skinned chicken , I do not steam it but fry it in an electric deep fryer , it still turns out amazingly juicy and tender.

Re: For Sheyn
That looks lovely.
Can I ask a dumb question, how did you steam it?
Re: For Sheyn
You take a pot and fill it half way with water and cut up some lemons in it. Place a stainless steel colander/sieve with the chicken pieces over it and cover. The boiling water's steam will go through the holes in the sieve and cook the chicken. My sieve fit into the pot well enough but not right through to the bottom...so there was no water in the sieve itself.
