I don’t use psp any more…now more into adobe..but here u go ;
I made the tear by creating a selection (point2point)..First selected the area for the tear then used the glow and flare effect together with waver.
First took the face picture, then cropped the selected side view of the face…reduced the colors , and added white light plus added black thin border. Result : I got total 4 layers.
As u can see in the first pic :

as u can see I can control the “tear” on the layer palette from 0 to 100 percent depending on how visible I want it.

and the tear can be moved as well (this time not the animation-position)

and there u go , the moved tear is now there on 55% trasnperancy

it was quite an easy one to make actually …koyi khaas time nahi lagga tha banate hoyi max one 30mntz i think.
