yup so yea like many other desiz i got this oily skin prob .. specialy my forehead .. i basicaly inherited it from my mom as i did my black lambey lambey baaaal 
ha ha .. i mean seriously some times it just becomes enoying and over all .. i m already dark thnx to kite flying and this oil make me look like bangali 
.. i dont want a totally dry skin like goraz but a lil dryer then wat i got .. so any cream shream for me ?

try any face wash/ face lotion made for oily skin... its not hard to find, they're available at any drugstore

Uhmmmm theres no real specific brand, just anything that says "for oily skin" is good...u can try neutrogena, clearasil or loreal pure zone... I use Dove, it's good for my skin, neutrogena makes me break out :o

Mr Bombastic i have got the same bloody problem, i m not too worried aboutt he skin colour but this oily skin has messed up my lovely dove-like face :-). I get those annoying dry pimples that just appear for a day or two and leave an ugly spot on my face. My skin is only fresh and clean for 2-3 hours after i have shower otherwise it looks dirty and oily and i need help too :(:(:(.

thnx yar chupke se ... and i actualy went to my pharmacist friend today and he told me that .. actualy oily skin is good for u .. coz it dont let rinkles show up all over ur face .. so the more oily face u got the less rinkles u'd be geting
now i have to decide between rinkles or parties .. but jab rinkle aye ge tab tek to shadi bhi ho gai ho gi .. tab wo bichari kya ker le gi :P

well oily skin is caused by dead skin cells. in order to remove these dead skin cells you should exfoliate your skin about 2-3 times a day. you can exfoliate your skin by washing your face with a wash cloth or use a scrub like "nutragena gentle scrub" which has gently exfoliates ur skin using tiny microbeads. you should also be sure to use a toner on your face everyday after washing ur face because this helps to tone the skin and maintains the pH level.

Use a scrub - its the best thing to do. Use it in the morning when waking up. Use it again when you get back from work/school. Use it again at night.
Scrubs have natural abrasive materials, that take away the dead skin, and the oil layer, and open up your pores so your skin can breathe a bit.
I would recommend the scrubs by Queen Helene brand - you can get them at Sally's. St. Ive's also has the Arpricot Scrub that I understand is good too. Its a bit femme - the name of the brands - but they work really really well.

Oh and also tone - I use a multivitamin toner from Avon. Its great. Leaves skin very shiny.

a face wash is a great idea.. but make sure u don’t buy one that is a foam wash. those are geared for dry skin, as they leave much oil in the skin and cover the very top surface:blush:

I don't know how to make home made scrub, but if you take besan ka aata, and make a watery paste out of it - rub into face - it works essentially like a scrub. Leave it on, and it works like a mask.

Mysterious Guy, when you are in your early 20's pimples appear just a natural process. About oily skin wash your face a lot and don't apply thick cream on your face.

btw THNX TO SARA , she showed me some face cleaners .. im not realy obsessed abt my skin so i use em once a day if i remember to it cleans my skin but as soon i step in dhoop .. my skin specialy forhead goes all oily again
