Let’s say you don’t get along with your BIL. And he is going to visit you guys with his rowdy kids. That too during the one time in the year where you have a break and now it’s gonna be ruined by your snooty saala.
What is your reaction?

Re: For Men: your BIL
Did you see anyone complaining about BIL on GS?
Re: For Men: your BIL
Maybe no one has had to deal with this situation
Re: For Men: your BIL
I am not qualified to answer, but lets make it a MCQ.
A. Talk it out with 'relevant' parties
B. Keep quiet for the sake of 'peace' at home
C. Think about it for days, write a story about it and post it on GS
D. Others (please specify)
Personally, I have seen people much closer to Sali's children than Sala's and rarely complaining about either.
Re: For Men: your BIL
Get married to equally snooty guy, give birth to at least 5 kids and visit your saalas home on every hol as a revenge. That ought to teach him a lesson!

Re: For Men: your BIL
Move to another country ![]()
The best way to live a good life is move to another country after getting married. Hubby & Wife live alone, can do pretty much whatever they want to:p, no one to answer to, no MIL, FIL headaces etc etc. Basically, in other words ‘problem free life’ ![]()
You can go visit your Parents/BIL/MIL/SIL waighara waighara every year in summer or xmas holidays :D, enough isn’t it?
Re: For Men: your BIL
Did you read the first post, ishaz?
Re: For Men: your BIL
Well my BILs are snooty rather their kids are hell tornadoes. The came the other day while I was asleep and started banging away on my door as soon as they entered the home. MAMOOO MAMOO MAMOOOOOOO in their 4y, 2.5 yr, and 1 year voices.

Re: For Men: your BIL
BIL - brother in law. As in, your wife’s brother. Fallenpieta, you have a wife? ![]()
Re: For Men: your BIL
BIL/saala can also mean sister's husband you know.
Re: For Men: your BIL
keep it very simple, you follow the rules of the house you are visiting and not whine about it or get your chaddis in a bunch. thats respectful and what most real men do. The girlie men who have complexes and use protocols and formalities of rishtays to be pains should just be taken to the yard and given a burlap sack party.
that would be a behnoi
as they say…jab baat patah na ho toh bolay…matt-eeeeeee
Re: For Men: your BIL
It's not about following formalities or the rules of the house.
Let's say you can't stand the personality of your wife's brother. He whines. He talks ill about other people behind their backs. Is a little rich spoilt brat and just complains about everything and is essentially a snob. You need to deal with that person for a few weeks because they are in town for something and they are staying with you guys as your wife is his sister.
How do you, as a male, deal with annoying in-laws staying over, especially when the annoying person is another adult male in your domain?

Most "meN" would ignore it. As women should either if they have annoying female in laws.
X2...whatever. same ish.
Re: For Men: your BIL
I dont have BIL as my wife hasnt got a brother. but I am brother in law to my sister's husband. He gets annoyed even in different country :) and when I am in the same country and city he never miss a chance to create a scene. in his views, this is good to keep in laws in line!
