bravo dear..
no matter what is your approach. but the professioanl project management includes planning of project with more than 1 resource. clearly i can see, you are using single person for management.
besides, you have skipped the documentation of each phase. which is integral part of project.
moreover, the time span you have allocated to each step, is ficticous.. that is wrong.
DFD, dataflow diagrams are of vital imprtance, and takes more time.
as far user interfaces are concerned, you havnt mentioned screen designing, which is very important part, even a seperate section is dedicated for screen designing.
let me state you the exact time span of each phase..
requirements 2%
specfication phase = 4%
planning and architechutre phase = 1%
design = 6%
implementatiion or coding = 5%
integration = 7%
QA = 8%
total development time = 33%
maintenance = 67%
each phase contain extra 10% of QA time, because QA is important phase in each phase in professional softare development.
your plan, also does not include planning and architechural phase, which is very important.
well if u are working in a mediam scale project, in java, C++, visual C, or any high level programmin language, you have to create seperate modules and clases, which need to be integrated after implementation. your plan also dosnt mention that..
