Patrick Musimu of Belgium is able to dive down 656 feet on a single breath. He has a lung capacity of 9 liters and can hold his breath for more than eight minutes and 33 seconds.

What is your record?

I think mine is hardly a minute :frowning:

It was the pregnancies. I couldn't breath out of water.

My brother can do about 4 minutes!!!
I, on the other hand, haha, umm, 2 minutes tops :(

I think its easier to hold breath under water…cuz under water u can simply let the mind and body relax..or maybe i’m wrong :hmmm:
