for girls in pakistan

A lot of us have jobs - engineering, doctors, architecture, Teaching, Fashion Designing, etc.
Others study - schools, colleges, universities, Academies

Those who may not be working they join cooking classes, are home-based interior designers, hold exhibitions for dresses, teach students at home, do photography, open parlours at home, do dress designing, work at their own home clinics as doctors, Teach Quran, Are free lancers, join make up courses, Do computer related programming on websites like rent-a-coder, Art classes, join sewing classes, jon short courses of computer or other things, join sports clubs for tennis, swimming etc, do home furnishing. Many women do cleaning tasks for other's houses. Also, quite a few women sew clothes as a tailor.

Also, there are a few who do not go out to work whether they want or not for various reasons they too have many things to do at home - wake up the entire family, dress up the kids, make breakfast for the husband and kids, make their lunch, while the family is away clean the house, wash the dishes, wash the clothes, make lunch, family is back give them lunch, help kids with their homework, again wash dishes, press clothes, clean the mess kids have created, watch tv, do grocery shopping, make dinner, wash dishes again. These are just the regular tasks.

I hope this helps!

Excuse me? Whats with all the negativity. Its not like none of the non-Pakistani girls done chat, facebook, party, date text or gossip. Please broaden your horizons of knowledge enough before passing generic statements!

Re: for girls in pakistan

they just waste the time ... :) and nothing else.. chit chat chit chat chit chat. ufffffffffffffff

I'm going to agree with Abra, they do much more than what TDW and WUD said.. evening classes at NCA are full.. Language Institutes are full.. and any sane person would watch anything but Star Plus!

I forgot to add.. that most of them go to the gym too :) they do whatever any normal girl in the US/UK/UAE does..

wow!

I'm a male FYI

Re: for girls in pakistan

From what I have seen with my cousin, she does a lot of cooking. Also knitting, embroidery stuff and clothes designing. Then there is the usual watching TV, internet, reading books, going to dinner, visiting family as well as studying. And there are a few events that happen in the community like ghazal concerts or tombola nights which she attends with her parents.

because i m from paksitan..so intrested in pakistani gals in pak only :)

Re: for girls in pakistan

after completing studies and till u waiting for a rishta or shadi

what should u do...

if u just reading books,tv,sleeping, some outing???

do u feel these thinsg make u lazy.lanky,cranky...???

and u r happy doing all these things and not indulging some course or work...

Alright as many people said, you can have many activities like reading, cooking etc. Personally I love reading books, better than watching TV and movies. I write also sometimes when I feel like. I use internet a lot when it comes to reading like recently I felt like knowing about psychology so internet was a big help! And yeah one of my regular activities is jogging. Now planning to join swimming classes. There is a lot to do along with studies but still I get bored sometimes.

lol what a wonderfull thing u do..keep doing..:D :p

After studies? Involve yourself in some social activities like teaching @ orphanage i.e if job isn't allowed to you, otherwise job is a good option! And still if social work isnt possible then you can take any courses like fashion designing, grooming etc etc. Or you can join fitness club. If interested in cooking then its the best option, it will take more than half of your day!

Re: for girls in pakistan

I learnt cooking and other house chores while studying in a college and took English speaking lessons. Wanted to work in a "Beauty Parlour"(thats what they call it) and wanted to learn sewing.....

The 10 years of village life were different than the city life, in my village, I used to spent hours sitting on a branch of the rubber plant tree, enjoying peace and nature and all.
In Lahore, my Sister in law used to take me out every single evening to Fortress Stadium, Mall Road and Anarkali etc for shopping and stuff.

Yes!
and to add, you would find lots of girls in Pakistan who would know sewing, cooking, knitting, embroidery etc. well before marriage compared to girls of other countries who don't know any of these things till they get married and in many cases even after years and years of marriage.

Come to Lahore, visit any Gym, Short Computer Courses/diploma classes, any exhibition, any multi-national company, Spots club, any school/college/university, .. a handsome number of members would be girls. You all need to just visit Pakistan!

Many of them write for magazines and feature articles in newspapers.
