simple… uske tabeeb (Doctor) ne bhi us aadmi ko Rujoo (consult) kia jis ke aane aur muskrane se mareez (patient) ko shifa (health) mil gai. matlab kuch logon ke aane se hi beemari khatam ho jati hai.

Unke aa jane se aa jati hai chehre pe ronaq
wo samajhte hain beemar ka haal acha hai

btw, wot does it signify ‘uske tabeeb ne bhi us aadmi ko rujoo kia’. .?? meaning it was a stroke of luck dat the doc consulted the particular guy?? coz if it was the opposite, that the doc consulted the guy who was reason for the illness, it wud hav been more ironic and poetic with a hint of pathos, imho. .
