Recipe of Chicken Manchurian if you still need it. Sorry it took me so long. I was so busy with work and school.
Ingredients:
Chicken - 1/2 inch sized flat pieces
Carrots - 2 large ones
Shimla Mirch (I forgot what that is in English) - 1 large sized
Onion - One big one
Soya Sauce - 2 Teaspoons
Ajinomoto (Monosodium Glutamate) - 1 Teaspoon
Chicken Stock - 1 and a half cup
Salt - According to taste (hasb-e-zaika)
Oil - As required
Corn Flour - 4 Table spoons
Black pepper - Freshly ground
Cut the chicken in 1/2 sized flat pieces if you haven’t already. Marinate the chicken in 2 tablespoons of corn flour, 1 tea spoon of Ajinomoto and half table spoon salt and leave it aside for 4 hours. Heat the oil and fry the chicken for 5 minutes. Then add the julienned vegetables in the Wok and fry everything for further two minutes. Add salt to taste, black pepper to taste, chicken stock and cook it. After the stock starts to dry up a bit, add a paste of corn flour and cook it for a further 2 minutes.
Eat it hot with noodles or rice. If you don’t understand anything or you think some steps are missing or anything, please do ask me. I will clarify.
