Nice translation
Nice translation.. but please correct some “imla” kee ghalatiyaan.. just as:
“dastakhat” is DAAL SEEN TAY KHAY “TOEIN” NOT DAAL SEEN TAY KHAY TAY…
“parrhaie kee mohabbat” ki bajaaey “parrhaie say mohabbat” ziada mozoun aur behtar alfaaaz ka chunnao ho sakta hay…
“pewasta” kee jagah “munsalik” nisbatan theek rehtaa
“pata chal jaaey” kee jagah “maaloom ho” likha jaata tau ziadah munasib thaa..
may be some more that I could not catch..
just some friendly suggestion… I might be wrong too

gadhay jee aap ko pehli line nazar nahi ayi..jahan KARKARDAGI ko as KARGARDAGI likha hai so aik gaaf hitaana chahiye.

p.s: Waylay admi
a few more suggestions
research = tehqeeq
kitabain parrhnain = mutal'aa
mil jul kar = baahum or ikatthay
garmyon kee chuttyon = mosam-e-garma kee taateelaat
second paragraph, ta kay is incorrect, only kay is more appropriate.
isse maqsad kay liyay could be lihaaza
neechay diyay gayay form = mandarja zail form
pata chal jayay can be sanad rahay
shukriya
Thanks all… just goes to show how out of touch I am with Urdu.

Having said that, give me a break. I had to find an urdu software, download it over dial-up, install it and then the biggest pain… learn the keyboard all over again.

The translation bit was relatively easy, especially because I took some literary liberties with the english text to keep the sentences appropriate for parents of children. I will see if I can fix the imla mistakes tonight (though don’t hold your breath)
Pristine apni bat karoo tum kitne books paar kar ay ho net tak
ZABARDAST!!!
The original translator (Pristine) as well as the editors.
More of these types of translations would certainly help me improve my Urdu.
Again well done.
