I had acne for 17 yrs! from the age of 21-37. I tried a lotta diff stuff. But nothing really helped. Then I heard someone talk about an antibiotic called "MINOCYCLIN". Its also sold by the name "WELLCODOX" in Pakistan. Trust me girls, I took it for 3-4 mths and my acne is now forever gone. I dont break out anymore. It may be my age and my hormones. but I really think that it was after the minocyclin that my acne went away. Bhala ho us ladki ka jisnay bataya tha is drug kay baray may. Plz plz plz do think abt it if any of u wld like to go the allopathic route!!
Oh and my nbrs daughter who is only 16 yrs old was also suffering from acne. She took it and now her acne is gone too!
Heyy soo sorry got busy with studying so jus came online now, and trust little princess this diet saved me from acnes clutches. I mean it took me two weeks to notice the difference, my mom was like ur skins back to normal lol. But please give it two weeks u will never regret it inshallah. And funny im becoming a pharmacist yet for me modern medicines just don’t feel reliable enough! Have faith in Gods Earth! Natural all the way
Your post wasn't long and even if it were, no need to apologize for length. Unfortunately many here make a big deal of length. I have noticed that when I consume more dairy especially in the form of cheese and ice cream along with sugary junk food, I will break out. According to Eastern medicine and this would include Ayurveda and TCM (traditional Chinese Medicine), foods have a taseer. They either have a warming or cooling or neutral effect on the body and an excess of heat or cold or dryness or wetness has various effects on the body. I've often heard from my mom and you might have as well that don't eat such n such a food because of it's "garam" effect on the body. So, just like you I also find it strange that Western doctors say there's no link between diet and acne. The food industry is not without corruption, so I wouldn't be surprised if there's some monetary deal between the medical/pharmaceutical and food industries. That's the conspiracy theorist in me. I've heard that these days doctors don't know much about natural foods in that they don't usually suggest what foods to eat unless you ask, but will suggest pills/drugs. I know there are exceptions among physicians, but I have come across this complaint/observation.
Hey there! I TOTALLY agree with u, without a doubt! Its silly I mean the amount of people that cured most skin problems with diet is evidence of relationship btw diet and skin. Including myself, and im in the medical side of education. And for me, honestly I totally have faith in natural medicines over the medications sold in medical industry anyday. The antibiotics thing is dangerous, I keep warning my cousins. The side effects are so severe, for example killing the good bacteria in your guts and increasing ur susceptibility to yeast infections hence messing up ur digestive system even more! Seriously wish modern science gave more credit to natural method :(
i have taken doda paneer in my teen age when i was suffering from horrible acne problems. hmmm it worked but the process was quite slow. u have to take it for at least 2 months to see some good noticeable results.
soak a handful of doda paneer phool or whatever we call them, in one glass water overnight and drink the water in next early morning (stomach must be empty ).well taste is better i better tell u
I read it’s hypoglycemic in nature and the few times that I tested my blood sugar, it was towards the lower side. I feel I should not take a lot of it. Approximately how many flowers did you take daily?
