Complete human being my a… He was just another revolutionary who achieved a Pop-Icon status .. most of the fame came in the late nineties… he was on posters, cds cigar boxes (there is a cigar brand named after him) … he was one of Castro’s main man who brought him to power in Cuba .. no different from Castro himself.. but he was more interested in exporting commi-revolution in South America he died in Purvian jungle during an ambush… Cuba still celebrates his anniversary and they built a monument to signify his solidarity with the revolutionary regimes…
As far as making him ‘complete’ human being … that is so bogus.. revolutionaries are reactionaries .. look at Castro he is a lunatic who brought misery to his people … if you are looking for complete human being there is none .. every one is Jackal and Hyde … some catch Jackal and some Hyde part of your personality and you will be glorified or demonized ..

about this guy Chacha Guevara.

In every revolutionary movement in Latin
America from Argentina to Chile, central
America to Mexico …. there are traces of
guevarism.
So this makes Achtung to choose Che as his
icon. humm interesting.

Sorry, I haven't been good at checking up on gupshup. Here is short simple biography of Che....
Ernesto "Che" Guevara was born in Argentina, to a middle class family. He was a trained medical doctor, but decided not to practice, he had other ambitions. After graduating he took a trip across Latin America on his motor bike. He met up with a group of lepers and lived with them for some time, providing them with care. Later in life he met up with Fidel and Raul Castro, two brothers from Cuba, expelled by Cuban dictator Batista for conspiring a revolution. (Batista catered to the needs of Americans, including the mafia - Cuba was a vacation spot for crime lords, Batista was known for cutting the breasts of his enemies wives and delivering them to their doors.) Castro and Che banded together with about 50 others, got on a boat and started a revolution in Cuba lasting over one year. Fidel finally rode into Havana with Che and Raul at his side - victorious.
Fidel and Che parted ways, after some members of the Cuban government disagreed with the direction Che wanted to take. Che wanted to continue his revolution, exporting it to other parts of the world where oppressive leaders disempowered their people. He travelled to Africa and fought in the Congo and finally died fighting with peasants waging a war in Bolivia. Che believed that revolutions would have to be waged beginning from rural areas and always called on peasants to raise arms against oppressive regimes. Some say he was killed by the CIA.
Alot of the information available about Che is tainted, because his name is associated with communism - but he was not a political figure as such, more of a humanitarian. He had no ambition to weild political power - he was motivated by love. When asked whether he ascribed to communist beliefs, he answered, he proscribes to any belief which supports his war against the forces of oppression. He was a humanitarian in the sense that he fought for people who were not his own and we can respect him, for if nothing else, at least he was able to fight for his convictions and raise a voice for those who had no voice to raise.
Che's picture is one of the most recognized in the world. His face is a symbol for the oppressed everywhere, its a sign of hope. He has written a few books, including Guerrilla Warfare and has also presented his beliefs in front of the UN security council.
