Some things are supposed to be the way they are, dont think too much into this. Man's job is to go earn, pay the bills and bring food home, your job is to make him the sammich when he gets home i.e. to handle the cooking and housekeeping business. When you try to disturb the natural balance of things, this is when it gets messy. Leave the man cooking a nice meal for you for romantic occasions - learn to appreciate things more.
Oh really!! Lets say he's the type who says "I don't want you sitting at home twiddling your thumbs and making me sammiches".
