My kids and I were discussing the world cup games so far during snack time and all the boys were crying about how boriing the matches were.

I told them that all the underdogs ( I had to explain what that meant) had been working very hard and thats why the teams we expect to do well havn’t been scoring too many goals. One of them replied. ‘But Germany got 4 goals’ to which another child said ’ But we dont like Germany!’ I decided to ignore his comment!

Why the child doesn’t like Germany.

Sofar the best match and the best Football was played solely by Germany

However i don’t expect kids to understand it
