^ Its not an easiest group by any means. Ivory Coast is a VERY dangerous team. Drogna, Kalou, Toure brothers.. they have some real talent. a minor slip up from Brazil or Portugal and they are gone!
My kids and I were discussing the world cup games so far during snack time and all the boys were crying about how boriing the matches were.
I told them that all the underdogs ( I had to explain what that meant) had been working very hard and thats why the teams we expect to do well havn't been scoring too many goals. One of them replied. 'But Germany got 4 goals' to which another child said ' But we dont like Germany!' I decided to ignore his comment! :D

very strong australian team? its ranked #20 in the world and that is generous.
germany played well, but its because australioa let germany play their style. as soon as germans run into some decent competition you will see the usual german tactics of diving all over the place, they do it in hockey and they do it in football.
brazil was unconvincing, north korea is probably among the lowest ranked teams in the tourney, and for brazil to barely get by..i dont know.
