ya gheli stuff ur face with fruitds when u feel hungry ..thatll curb ur appetite a lot..and also eat more wiht spoon like channa s and daal and kidney beans and stuff with veegtables and fruits dont always eat bread and roti
like have a bowl of spicy channa mized wiht youghourt..instead of roti..ull feel full fast adn wont oveereat
