I’ll start. I love sauces and condiments. And I’m curious about what a Hollandaise and Bernaise sauce taste like…have yet to do so. I was also curious about horseradish sauce…yuck…too strong for my taste.
What are some foods (could be anything) that you guys have been curious about…have wanted to try…but haven’t got around to doing so? It could even be a particular item from a certain restaurant that you’ve heard good things about …but have yet to try it for yourself.
B!!! What? Why? How?! Okay so on your 'Things to do this weekend' write 'Eat Steak'. Pronto!

Aww that's alright. InshaAllah do that, I love it! :)
Anyone ever tried venison? Deer meat?
Yes and absolutely loved it.
We did this roast last year so if you can, try it. So basically we roasted some venison shoulder over coals. We stuffed it with some garlic, scallions and some other green/spicy stuff. Then we dry rubbed it you know with like cajun seasoning and brown sugar (You can add more things). Then you just smoke it on the coals for as long as it takes. Epic. Trust me.
Lobster, hubby took me to a restaurant so I could try, you had to choose them live, made me sick the sight of them creeping crawling over each other, needless to say any further desire to try lobster went out the window
The only lobster I’ve had was in the form of “lobster bites” from Long John Silver’s. Ugh…did not like em. But then I’ve heard that’s not quality lobster. I’m debating whether I should give it another shot…it’s pretty pricey though,
