Food's too spicy

Last night I made sabzi (aloo and mixed vegs) biryani for my husbnad that came out pretty good butttt it was way too spicy…since I made it for him, i went crazy with the masalas, but now I want some too..but its too spicy for me. :frowning: how can I fix it (aside from drowning it in yogurt)?

add scrambled egg into it .. or some more large cubed boiled potatoes ...

Or another classic way to handle spices in biryani .. boil some more rice ... and layer the previous rice and the new rice ... and leave it on dum for a few minutes ... then mix them all ...

okay first of all and its very important THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS VEG BIRYANI. Its called fried rice or veggie rice. Thank you

Eat it with yogurt. And there is something called "veg. biryani".

Ohhh yes Veg Biryani exists :sahar02: and its a very very tasty dish …

I often make channa and green capsicum biryani .. and it tastes yummy

I guess you can add some plain boiled rice to it??
