On my list: - Oatmeal - Bhindi - Cucumbers - Apples - Chicken - Salad - Whole Wheat Bread - Yogurt - Tomatoes
Question: What about the following foods? Good or bad for dieting?
Eggs? ** **Fish? Dairy Produts like Milk, Chesse? ** **Red Meat - Keema etc Brown Rice? ** **Coffee?
*Also - Do masalas have calories? or are they just minimum. Are there some you should avoid for instance - people say you should avoid salt. What about other masalas? *
I do exercise - usually 30-45 minutes on the elliptical 3-4 times a week. I usually swim but it's way too cold right now.
Yes you can have boiled egg without yolk or in a non sticking pan with very little oil fry without yolk.
Fish sure without oil or in very little oil. Better to bake it.
Milk see the % of fat take milk with zero percent fat or fat free. No cheese at all. or very little in a week to change your taste.
Red meat little just fry in little oil in a non stick fry pan and chirak some masala. or bake it or boil it throw water and eat. Don't forget to keep meat.
Little brown rice ok.
Coffe without sugar and fat free milk or without milk.
If you want to loose then you have to reduce your intake as much as half and cut all the oil, fat and sugar.
