For me, it's probably more a nice dinner than chocolate (even though I love chocolate). There's something more comforting about a proper meal than indulging in something sweet. Lasagne, my mum's roast chicken with home made bread and pan friend baby potatoes and lots of gravy, etc.

Nothing!!!! If I am upset or sad I can't eat...total opposite.

grapes or any fruit that’s yummy, it’s not fattening and it takes care of the cravings a person would have when they need cheering up

i stay away from buying any chocolate or ice cream b/c i have no self control when it comes to chocolate :bummer:

Pasta....not the long variety...but the short and chunky kind. Such as ziti or ravioli. There's something comforting about the soft texture of the pasta...the gooeyness of cheese....the tanginess of the sauce...and how it all just comes together. Layered pasta (like lasagna) can also be comforting.

Ice cream/frozen yogurt

Sandwich

Sandwich with soup is also nice

Chocolate chip cookies

Re: Foods that help you cheer-up

Depends if i have the mood to get up and make something, if i do then probably i would start baking something cuz it can be so relaxing sometimes, but then it has to be a recipe that i have tried loads of times, because if its something new, then it will fail and i will be even more depressed lol If im not in the mood of making something up, then its pizza or chocolate :D
