Nazia,
Thanks for the feedback on the recipe ..
I'm afraid I don't know what Humrasey is/are . . .

OK what about a recipe for Jalebi's?? thy're sweet too :)

Muzna, What feed back on recipe? How do we know that it was a good recipe?. Eating is beleiving. Now both of you should send me a sample of your biryanees and I will be the judge.
And Nazia bibi, thoree see cheenee khalejeyay. Sweet kee craving kum hi jayay gee, yaaa........ummmmmmmmmmmmm.... never mind. Here is the recipe for Jalebi.
1. Take you car keys and walk to your car.
2. Sit in it and start it.
3. Drive to your nearest halwaee.
4. Spend some money (and if you dont have money then ask Muzna for that).
5. Buy some Jalebee's.
6. Eat some of them and send rest of them to me.

Tariq Jee
Your suggestion is appreciated (NOT!)
There is only one halwaee’s shop in this darn city and the stuff there is crap!
Any further comments?
Love you
 Nazia

ps Tariq Jee maybe you may wish to download the biriani recipe and give it a try - find the message titled SOS posted by KKNIAZI, really it is easy to follow!

Nazia. App kay khuloos ka shukriya. I am aware of the whereabouts of that recipe. It was posted by Muzna (and you must be wondering, why she started thanking you, out of nowhere). As far as recipe of biryanee is concern, Shan Masala Zindabad. App bhi try karain. Bohot achchi biryani buntee hay.

"Any further comments" kay baray main urz hay kay you did not apprecite my last suggestion. Why should I pass anymore comments? That will be a waste of my precious words.

sorrrry Tariq Jee I did not wish to offend, your comments are taken as they should be taken - with good humour ;)
don't leave me

friends are welcome, but what about me?

Tariq Jee do you not consider yourself as my friend or is that I am not worthy of being YOUR friend?

I know the recipe to Jalaibee ..... it is not very difficult ...... I'll tell you in Urdu ... because it is better to instruct in urdu .... if you want instruction is English let me know ....

"maiday kee paste tiyyar kar lain aur uss main organge food colour mix karain, then take a bowl half filled with cooking oil ... if you like taste and dont care about getting fat then use DESI GHEE, mota saa ek saaf kapda lain and make a hole of 1/2 cm diameter in the centre, put the paste in it and then it is the skill to make circles in the hot oil. Cheenee kee shareenee tayyar karlain aur ... paki hoee jalaibiaan 1/2 ghantay kay liyay kam az kam uss shareenee main bhigo kar rakhain. Aur phir nosh farma lain." If you dont want to mix food colour its okay but Jalaibees will be of brown colour not red.

Thats it ..... I learnt it from my auntee when I was living in Pakistan, and have tried it many times at least I cooked them much better than Ambala in Southall. Southall ... the hell on earth.
