Food with alcohol as an ingredient

As a sports person I used to take Gatorade a lot. Then I came to know that there is 0.5% alcohol mixed up but then it’s given high temperature so most likely it loses it’s effect and that’s wut a local cleric agreed upon too. Still I switched to powerade but may take it if there is no other choice

So if after heating the final content of alcohol is 0.5% then it’s okay versus
final alcohol content of 0.5% which has not been heated.
