I dont fill it but I often cook this aanda-on-paratha. like I spread egg on paratha (on both side) while paratha is half done and it always come out yummy!

yup , thats what i used to do as well .. put anda on top of the usual paratha .. but I found this quite intriguing that they filled up the paratha with an egg filling too .. now thats like a proper anda paratha :@:
