even watermelon increases weight
Sugar in any form increases weight, this is a bad news of sweet lovers ,
however Apple and carrots are called as negative calorie food, as it needs more calories for its digestion ,

Try this amazing recipe for healthy pancakes. I used this a lot while I was dieting. Don’t be scared of bananas. You can have them in moderation without getting fat. Infact, they contain numerous health benefits and should be a part of a healthy diet. Good luck!

In moderation, these things are great. Watermelon is a nutrientally dense fruit. The sugar in watermelon is natural and it isn't as harmful as processed white sugar. Raisins and bananas are great as topping on Greek yogurt or a bowl of oatmeal and it doesn't increase weight if taken in moderation. Anything natural is better than processed food. Strawberries or any kind of berries are great for dessert. U can make your own fruit pops by blending honey, Greek yogurt, and fruits in season and just freeze them.
