welli havent been on pia for like three years las tyme i did go it had some nasty foood, the rice was so hard eww maybe it has improved
hows qatar airways food ?
qatar is ok.. they are very good by way of service and the menu is quiet global - we had japanese and italian options last time we flew (which was last month) - but they do change tehir enu round a wee bit. also you get alot of snack s and sandwiches in addition. i thought qatar airways was a very user friendly experience.

even PIA food on domestic flights is ten times better than international Air Canada flights.. man Air Canada sucks

From my trip to pakistan this summer..
i mean i wasnt impressed but i wasnt disappointed either. the food could’ve been better!
i like emirates food.

People that food looks PRETTY GOOD to me. You guys should travel American Airlines where all they give you is a glass of soda/water/juice with crackers. I had two connecting flights (3 and 4 hrs) and that's all I got on both. They have food for purchase, and students don't wanna purchase anything but the ticket to get to their freaking school :(

etihad was ok, but there service was better than PIA.
Etihad has tweaked their catering and it's spectacular now! Imagine a in-flight juice bar! With choices like kiwi and green apple..lime and cranberry impressed

I swear to GOD air canada should STOP serving foodd!!! RIGHT NOW!! Crappiest food ever .. infact .. whatever they serve isnt exactly food .. it'something else!! You cant call it food!! I had an 8 hour flight with them and all that kept me going was 2 cups of nestle parlour!!!
pia sandwiches are yum.

kher another important observation i made on this trip was there were more stewards than air hostess. lol. stewards also asked us to enfold the blankets for them

I will say that PIA food is really good, but service is like 'tauba tauba" I mean why are the people so mean! If you are a female you CANNOT travel alone in coach from Pk to Dubai! Its like all mazdoor even the flight attendents are all male! it is so uncomfortable and you feel totally harassed! PIA bussines class service is about as nice as coach in other airlines. Sometimes on PIA you feel like you are in the living room of some mean auntie who yells at you after your mom leaves you with her!
yes i agree with you their sevice is crap even if you call them they just ignore
like once i had headache and i called iq ball bhai sahib for coffee .ha came and brought cup which was dirty . when i pointed to him he went for another cup and never came back.
and ignored me completely
once they flight delayed 8 hours without any food or drink on the airport

Pakistanis have the habbit for expecting too much when they fly with PIA. I have seen Pakistanis travelling with european airlines and they won't utter a word cuz they are "Goray" but will redicule PIA for the sae of it.
Food in PIA is very good and usually the crew are well behaved and caring (most of them)
Though I didnt like it when on my last visit they asked me to enfold the blanket but then I did that as it makes their job easy. A bit of help won't hurt!
^ At least you got a blanket. Everytime I asked the air host to get me one he ended up giving it to someone else and then they ran out!
at least PIA gives sufficient food to fill you up on the long overseas flights. I was on Etihad recently, and contrary to all the good reviews i had heard of them, we barely got enough food. It was difficult to secure water from the hostesses cuz they were nowhere to be found and some were just downright rude. Luckily on the way back I was able to get juice/biscuits snacks to hold my son down for a little while
PIA food was always good enough than some of the competitors in the line. Long back many airlines used to take food from PIA kitchens Karachi for their onward journeys..We have enjoyed it always... Other than ones during Ramadhan, else it used to be pretty good and yummy. I like their Yoghurt ( Chutney type) with some spices in it the most.
About Etihad, I recently had a trip with my two year old from Abu Dhabi-New york-Abu Dhabi. I guess we were well taken care of. Specially my son was provided so many things, chocolates, snaks, juice and what not.
About the servings, we had three full servings of food ( break fast, snacks, and dinner) and there was always food in the rear galley, they make a table with sandwiches and other snacks at the back, any one can go and take them.
We are flying with Etihad for all our long hauls and its just great.

emirates is the best as they really look after the passengers, and the food is actually pretty good too.

hi 5! i am going to lahore in december using emirates so will have another taste at it but even then again in our uni cafeteria the food is from emirates flight catering services company....
