Nice thread. Once I made food diary , kept on writing whatever I ate for two weeks thn I gave up lol
It really helps losing weight though.

Breakfast- Cereal with soya milk
Mid break- Apple + orange
Lunch-southern fried chicken baguette
Dinner-A plate of chicken biryani with salad + Green tea
