Has anybody had a food intolerance test? What method did you take and was it effective?

Hi, my mum had an food intolerance test.
1. A nurse checked her bp and then gave a bottle
2. My mum had to blow in it and then gave it back to her
And the same thing ( first bp then the blow thing) repeated abt 5 times and then we got the results... she had a lactose intolerance....

I think its relative.
The GMO crops are designed to burst open tummies of any insect who eat them.
Now when they go in our system they make holes in our digestive system.
So as results bigger food particles ,who were NOT supposed to enter blood stream just yet, do leak through those wholes made by
GMO crops in our system, and get into blood steam prematurely.
So If I were you, I would stop eating such food rather then playing pee a boo with labs and reports.

Sorry i forgot to write... before that blow thing she had to drink something with lactose( milk sugar) in it
