Food in last month of wedding?

What was your diet in the last month before wedding? What veges, fruits, soups, drinks, juices, supplements you took more and which ones you lessened?

I am asking these for skin glow & of course taking care of the calories intake as well. Any recipes or totkas are appreciable!

Mine is normal, no special foods, i wonder its been even worse due to heavy workload. i cannot follow any fitness regime or foood etc..but advises are welcomed...i neeed to know as well, in my wedding just few days are left and i'm not even realizing that :-/

Bachi, I plan liquids. Lots and lots of them. Literally starvation and liquids. Water, Yakhni, Fruits, all that good stuff.

No special diet, just ate mostly home cooked food, and drank plenty of water.

i made haleem with low salt. That was my food on the go, cause i was so busy that I would either forget to eat or then just stop and grab junk food (neither good for me). So i made a habit of keeping haleem in the fridge so it was quick and easy to warm up. My mom helped me a big pot of it and i divided it into weekly portions. It was also easy to keep down because with nerves I was having trouble eating. Then lots of water, i cut out soda the last two weeks completely cause everyone says the three best ways to avoid bloat is to cut out carbs, carbonation and canned foods.

stay away from the readymade frozen foods, still high in preservatives and salt so increase water retention no matter how healthy an dlow calorie they claim to be. I would always keep fruit in my purse so when hunger struck had healthy snacks on hand. Otherwise quantity wise the same as before, and the gym routine same as usual. Hope that helps!

My wedding is approx. 3 months away but this is what I've started doing since last month. All these will obviously "intensify" in the last month.

1) Cutting out carbonated drinks (ie. Coke!), sugar, and red meat as much as possible.

2) Hitting the gym more consistently (I hate to run but this is something I need to focus on big time).

3) Increasing intake of fruits. Since last month I've been eating fruits every single day. I make sure to stock up my fridge with oranges, kiwis, grapes, strawberries, bananas etc.

4) I don't drink juices (never have) simply b/c they generally have a lot of additives. I've found that if I'm craving something sweet....instead of drinking juice or various desserts....eating fruits directly is the best way to go.

5) Cutting back on red meat and adding more chicken, turkey, and fish to diet. Trying my best to totally cut out fried food. (ie. no fries at all. Grilled chicken instead of fried). Absolutely no frozen food.

6) Trying to eat more veg. but this is not going well so far...lol. But honestly....if you like a particular veg...eat it! Anything is better than nothing.

For skin specifically:
Have a schedule of "chmical peels" I will be doing at home between now and then. Also being diligent about using Vit. C Serum, glycolic and retinol products.

you can take your normal diet. drink water as much as you can, it will make your skin more fresh and glowing.

Normal....maybe cut down on the portions a bit and little bit less junk..but not too noticeable. Did go to the gym alot more though.

be careful with fruits- they do have a lot of natural sugars.
as well, don't cut out red meats or chicken entirely- you need the iron and the protein. anemia or low iron will become an issue if you overdo it and then want to conceive soon after marriage.

i dont think i can follow any diet! plus in the last month beofre wedding dry fruits will be added to the diet

3months before wedding i totally quit on calories..
i was taking 3 glasses of warm water in morning....empty stomach....2 glasses before lunch and 3 glasses before dinner....best for fresh skin n body toning....
an apple in breakfast...then usually i took cereal with fruits in it or omelete cooked in olive oil n tea....
i was eating almost 6times a day....but in small portions....fruits: apple,guava,peaches and bananas.....vegees: spinach,cucumber,fresh salads....boiled vegees...chicken soups...yogurt,etc....dry fruits a hand full....
and 2hr workout including walk....its my daily routine nowadays also but i do take high calorie food on weekends or on parties etc....
it was difficult in beginning but trust me u will have a flawless skin beautiful healthy hair and a perfect body!
