I remember once a few friends and I had a little bit of a challenge going with each other. Looking out for food freebies even if it was just a sauce !!

I took them to the tool shop near my place who offer their regular customers a free drink :omg: and I got taken to a new store of Krispy Kreme’s , they were giving away free donuts to the first 1000 customers .

Any food freebies you are aware of ? no matter how small it is ..

Ha ha I love freebies. I attend stupid conferences and symposiums at school and clubs and meetings if there’s free food available

Like this friend of mine loves and almost never refuses the taster hand-outs you get at the supermarkets :cb:

Its usually something like a soft drink or fries from KFC.

But I do remember last summer; We happened to walk into a Mary Brown’s and they were giving away their ‘Big Mary sandwiches’ for free. We bought some chicken and asked for 1 free sandwich.

That was definitely a nice freebie :slight_smile:

And Costco usually have free samplers of their kirkland brand food anywhere from juice/yogurt/kebabs/crackers/cheese even grilled meats or seafood. I always get my kids to taste something, and

if they like the sampler we end up buying the full-sized product :hehe:

I feel a little awkward getting those samples at grocery stores or at warehouse stores.My husband and daughter love going to them,chatting with them…getting a sample and my daughter has sometimes asked me to go to them for seconds…lol.
They gave out a free donut to moms on Mother’s day at Dunkin Donuts.I enjoyed that and then I found out they were giving it out to dads too on Father’s day last weekend.My husband (who doesn’t like them) refused to get one,though I had offered to take it from him…:smiley:
