I was at the movies last night with my sisters; there was a young couple sitting in the row in front of us. The couple was very touchy-feely and feeding each other popcorn via mouth-to-mouth instead of hand-to-mouth. In other words, kissing and passing on popcorn from one mouth to the other, in addition to the exchange of saliva. I found this pretty odd. My first thought was “what a strange way of showing affection.”
A couple in "love" can use a variety of ways to show affection, love and trust towards each other. Are you more curious on the mouth-to-mouth pop-corn feeding or are you questioning how much is too much in terms of public display of affection?
Faisal, public displays aren’t my concern here. I’m all for them, within a limit. I guess I’m wondering about the popcorn thingy…I mean, it’s popcorn in the theater but who knows what it is at home…maybe chewed up bubblegum or worse. Anyhow, to each his own I guess.
And my first thought is you stare too much! :p

Nothing wrong with it Moona. Chewing gum or eating food from your beloved’s mouth, it’s all good and “sexy”…BTW, if you think it’s disgusting then you should wait til you get married with someone you love!!

How on earth do you know about the saliva exchange thingie? Could you actually see it? Quite gross I must say. The rest is okay I suppose as long as the popcorn wasn't chewed or anything. Maybe a bit too much for public display acc to desi norms.

This type of affection is not appreciated among the older goras, they really are repulsed by it, and so am i.
