Do you have to be careful about what you eat before and after a workout? Are there specific foods eaten before exercising that help you lose weight faster? I usually just eat yogurt or something before working out and guzzling down tons of water of course, and afterwards I eat some fruit and lunch or dinner or whatever comes next. Sometimes I wonder if im undoing all my efforts at the gym by eating normally afterward…
Is that fine or should I be eating specific foods???
