i had one done by the doctor to see why i was u know chubby etc and not reducing alot of weight etc so i found out that i was highly allergic to spices and milk etc. the doc told me that this is why my weight isnt going down. i am really confused? how can this be? have u had one done? do these allergies exist and do they really harm a person?

hey aisha, start taking care of ur health,now that u know ur allergic to milk and spices, start avoiding them and do regular excersice and eat healthy then feel the difference, inshallah everything will be fine, dont stress ur self out too much it will creat other health problems.. tc

I wish my daughter who has Milk allergy ould get the chubbiness....:(...she is super scrawny...

thats a sign of alllergy ( itching,rednes,daney) try taking soyamilk or see the doc for allergy med.

sounds like you get hives from eating that food... and that you're lactose intolerant. you can get pills for that so you can still have milk or stuff with milk in it and not break out or have an upset stomach. talk to your doctor in more detail, or check www.webmd.com if you wanna do your own research.
