Spicy Fried wings
500 g chicken wings ,2 eggs,corn flour ..as required,2 ½ tbsp soya sauce,2 1 /2 tbsp hot chili sauce,1 tsp black pepper,½ tsp Chinese salt,1 tsp salt,½ tsp white pepper
In eggs add soya sauce, hot chili sauce, black pepper, Chinese salt, salt and white pepper. Beat a little.Add corn flour little by little with constant mixing.Make a thick batter (the consistency of the batter should be that of a tomato ketchup). Do not put water in the batter at all.Add the wings in the batter .In a pan heat oil and deep fry the wings on medium heat. Do not fry on high heat otherwise it will not be fully cooked.
