Whats with the psyche of people to run behind new issues before understanding the impact of old issues?
Observed this in people of Indo-Pak to great extent, where history keeps on repeating itself again and again, but as people never learn from past mistakes, they have to face same conditions for centuries.
What are the reasons behind such behavior of people? Are the people around the world behave like this?
did the people of sub-continent always behave in same manner? or the continuous attacks and raids on the area never gave them opportunity to re-assess themselves?
