My yoga teacher told the class to pick a place or make up an image in your mind of a perfect place (mine is a small beautiful island…n only certain ppl i like live there.. it was more like heaven) so whenever you are stressed out (i.e before math exam) i would try to go there mentally and instantly i calmed myself down. It was the technique that worked for me..it may seem silly but it really works…you can go wild with your dream place. include the ppl you want to live w/., beautiful tall trees, comfy house by the lake,river of milk, etc.
close ur eyes,keep the room dark,with just blue dim light,tell evryone not to disturb u for 30 minutes and imagine a seaside or anything u prefer,key is to ‘paint’ a picture with each n evry single minute detail.one day it will become perfect.ill tell u the next step after u do this,lol.
open a faucet n let the water trickle down,consider ur problems n worries trickling away with the water,concentrate on the trickling.buss.
imagine ur submerged ina pool of water and imagine all ur worries just bubbling away from the top of ur head,the head,the head n no where else plz.2 girls who did this said they feel heavy headed as if they felt the pressure of the water is on them.anyways its not like one size fits all.

start having faith in humanity n start trusting.i can bet my nuts that u dont trust people easily n live a guarded life.
ohh yes . i also know a trick that helps u in focussing on anything or nothing.
just close ure eyes lift ure feet from the ground while sitting on a chair and start imagining thatwat color would u give to ure feet , ure legs , ure abdomen ure rib cage ... n keep thinking till u reach ure head.
keep ure eye closed and when u reach start moving backwards with same sequence of the colors . put down ure feet in the end.
once trhe sequence is right ure focussing on anything or nothing is just way good .
