Foam hair dye

has anyone tried it out yet?

I brought the jhon frieda one a few weeks ago but still havent used it, for those of u who have tried it out would one bottle be enough for hair reaching the lower back?

I really wanna dye my hair but imm scared of the colour at the end and how much it will damage my haair :/
