I am listening FM 100 online right now (http://www.fm100pakistan.com/radio/isb.php) , and to be honest they are playing one crappy music playlist . Strange mix of songs including punjabi , english , and urdu . Whats with playing indian songs ??? and real ‘item numbers’ :vivo:
I remember listening to FM 100 when it started , and I must say they lost a quit a lot of quality in these past few years . :nook:

I listen to Pakistani FM Radios a lot. I have the same question Whats with the indian songs??? Sometimes they have very good informative and creative topics… magar indian song play karr kay khota khu main daal daitay hain. I was thinking these radio stations can help the young artists by having talent hunt shows waghaira waghaira.
FM101 is govt radio station so they dont play indian songs…still people send sms and call for indian songs requests.

Errr... did u happen to catch the wedding theme shows going on on all the morning shows like Jago Pakistan Jago and the other one on ARY.. they played 90% Indian Songs, did u catch the antakshiri episode on Hum do hamara show... yup.... all Indian Songs....
Did u watch the news programs... they make parodies on ...wait .... Indian Songs to pass off the currents political situations

So stop complaining about why Indian songs are being played on your FM stations. In that case you should not be listening to any Rahet Fateh Ali Khan's songs coz they are Indian songs. They are owned by Indians no matter who sings them, they will always be Indian songs.
Its kind of silly to say why they are playing Indian songs ?? Do you not listen to English songs and watch Hollywood movies and TV shows ?? What is good is good, irrespective of the country of origin.
Yea if they were shoving down Bhojpuri / Gujarati / Malyalam / Telegu / Tamil / songs I would understand.

True Payal. I have only seen Bushra Ansari on her weekend show that used to come on Geo and Faisal Qureshi on his morning show play Pakistani songs. And believe me I have not heard a lot of them in my life. People don't really know Pakistani film music and most of us are unaware of all the bands that come out. What the audience is fed is what they will request.
